Auf deutschsprachige Gäste ist das Personal sprachlich vorbereitet, das empfand ich als sehr angenehm, und hat Nachfragen, auch was die nähere Umgebung betreffend, sehr erleichtert. "Hotel was lovely, room was great just the bathroom/ shower shelf missing/Broken meaning all shower stuff had to be left on the floor. Breakfast was great not full English but scrambled eggs,bacon and all the usual continental and cereals. Served with fresh coffee or tea. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and away from the madness and costs of Venice island. Handy for the actv waterbus 5-10 mins walk would definitely go back"

"Hi, everything was great. We realised that after checking in that the kids pool was closed. That said there were other pools that my daughter enjoyed instead. Pool temp could also been a bit warmer. We were able to take out the free bikes to explore jesolo which was great! Room size was a bit small for the price. Otherwise the service, breakfast, drinks were all top notch. "
