"Erice was the top of a nine day trip. Good room (bed, bath) at the entrance of the town, good restaurant (excellent view from hilltop, excellent food and house wine), helpful staff. Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”."

"The Owner was very friendly and accommodating. The appartament was clean and average for Sicily. We only stayed one night so didnt used the kitchen. The place may be ok in the summertime but definitely not a place to stay in winter as the one reverse air-conditioning unit did not heat the apartment at all and we had to leave it on all night to get some warmth. It has two rooms plus a bathroom: a bedroom with a stunning view, and a main living space that includes a well-stocked kitchen, a small table perfect for eating or working, and a daybed that functions as a couch for watching TV.The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed is on the firmer side, which will be perfect for many guests. We prefer a softer mattress and found an easy solution by using the very thick mattress pads from the daybed in the kitchen - this completely transformed the bed and made it extremely comfortable. With this option, the bed truly works for everyone.The patio is absolutely spectacular and would feel like an additional living space in warmer weather. We stayed for a full week and loved every minute of it. The WiFi worked well for everyday use; for Zoom calls it was a bit spotty at times but still doable.The location of this cottage is unbeatable - overlooking the property’s vineyard with sweeping views of farmland, Trapani, and the Mediterranean Sea. "This is the most AMAZING property!!! We have been traveling all over Sicily for a month, and this was bar far our FAVORITE Villa. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is private, but still close to the activities ( boat excursion in Trapani and village/castle in Erice). This Villa is the quintessential Sicilian home. We will definitely be back!!"
