"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Beautiful property, lovely personnel and pretty grounds. The only negative I have is that the gate at the road to the actual residential building is unmarked, unlit and several kilometers from the main gate (which is marked and lit at night), making a late night check in (in the dark) very difficult.
I am sure this is being addressed since that entrance appears very new."
