The air conditioner was not working properly so it was very hot in our room. The staff kept saying that it felt cool to them so they wouldn’t do anything to help. It was cooler than outside but not cool enough to sleep. By the last night it was finally fixed after complaining over and over and over again

Our stay at the Pinnacle was amazing. It is located in a great spot, within walking distance to many attractions, great shopping, and amazing restaurants. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with tasteful decorations, has a nice little breakfast/snack spot on the 8th floor that is always available for hanging out, and has a lovely rooftop bar with an amazing view of the city, and especially the Acropolis all lit up at night. The staff were super helpful and addressed all of our needs and questions. We would definitely come back!

Nous avons séjourné à cet hôtel une seule nuitée en revenant des îles avant de prendre notre vol de retour le lendemain. Parfait pour rester en dehors de la ville et pour avoir accès à l’aéroport plus rapidement le lendemain. Très belle piscine avec terrasse donnant de superbes vues sur la baie. Le restaurant rooftop était vraiment très bien autant pour la vue que pour la nourriture, en soirée comme pour le déjeuner. Notre seule critique qui se veut constructive concerne les horaires de la piscine (ferme tôt) et du gym est accessible tard (9h), mais vous pouvez demander d’y avoir accès plus tôt si vous ne faites pas un entrainement trop bruyant. Dans l’ensemble c’est très très bien. Le personnel très serviable et très méticuleux. Merci

"Great family hotel next to the seaside. Excellent staff and food. The hotel can use some renovation in the interior areas. Also the showers are open inside the room, which makes the water splash inside the bathroom. Great for a family weekend!"
