"Location is great. Everything you need or want to see is in walking distance. It was a little bit hard to find the apartments, but after that there's no problem. Receptionist is very kind. There's a storage room, so we arrived early and left our stuff there. We checked in and arrived back after 3 pm. There was some waiting to get the keys as it was busy. "The hotel was well located for my needs. As I was only spending one day in Bratislava, I wanted to be close to the train station so I could walk with my luggage. The staff was quite professional and friendly. The fitness center was adequate. The only frustration was that the water was off for a few hours when I checked in as there was a problem. "

"It was good. I only have two things that I wasn't happy about: the shower was fixed the way that the water spray straight towards the shower curtain and it wasn't possible to change it. We had to take the hose off the holder. Second, both soap dispenser and shower gel dispenser are fixed to the wall too high. Otherwise good stay, great breakfast and very nice staff that day"

"The room was extremely clean, the manager was very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out, and the manager went out of his way to organise an early check-in for us as we had been travelling for almost 30 hours before arriving. The location is great and within very easy walking distance of all local attractions. There was some noise from trams passing but earplugs were available at reception."
