The house is still in the final stages of construction and will be released for rent after completion in April 2020!

This typical Andalusian house is located on a hill with 8,000 square meters of land, only 1 km from the picturesque Iznate and 9 km from the beach.

The wide view of the surrounding mountains and the sea are breathtaking.

The driveway leads asphalted to the finca.

Great location

We stayed at Casa Blanca for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. The views are amazing, the house is very clean and had everything we needed. We used the fire place every night because at this time of the year it was a bit chilly inside. Thank you Esteban for arranging the fire wood for us. A great property with a wonderfull property manager, we would come back.

Traumhafter Blick, an klaren Tagen kann man die Berge Afrikas sehen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie dem Verwalter war sehr gut. Das Haus entspricht den Beschreibungen. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist natürlich die gewaltige Aussicht auf die gesamte Küste. Durch die Lage wehte auch immer ein angenehmer Wind. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Das Objekt ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Ruhige Lage

Die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Leider lag das Haus für mein Geschmack aber etwas zu sehr vom Meer entfernt. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch Esteban der Verwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns alles perfekt erklärt.

Buena Vista auf Casa Blanca

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit einem Traumblick auf die Küste. Tolles Ambiente, einfache und zuverlässige Abwicklung. Von hier aus kann man sowohl ins Hinterland Vélez-Málaga als auch direkt an die Küstenorte Benajarafe, Tore del Mar oder Nerja gelangen. Wer Ruhe und einen Sinn für tolle Kulissen (Mond, Sundown, Gewitter, Wolkenspiele) sucht- ist hier genau richtig. War eine tolle Zeit, werden versuchen wieder zu kommen. Heiko und Kerstin

Traumhafter Urlaub

Eher schlichte Finca mit allem was man so braucht. Alles sehr aufgeräumt und sauber.Gute Matratzen, sehr sauberes Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.Wohnraum/Stauraum für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend.Wlan super. Alles in allem kann man sich auch drinnen sehr wohlfühlen. Kleinere Mängel die uns aber nicht weiter gestört haben: : Der Kühlschrank macht recht laute Geräusche, wenn er anspringt.Muss vermutlich über die Standfüsse neu ausgerichtet werden.Die Eingangstür klappert zeitweilig und der Backofen ist doch eher unansehnlich. In der Speisekammer sollte man doch mal gucken,ob das ein oder andere nicht weggeworfen werden kann. Das vollständig eingezäunte Grundstück(war gut für unseren Kleinpudel) mit der riesigen Terrasse und dem Pool ist wahrlich ein Traum. Ein toller Weitblick auf die Costa hinunter und bei klarer Sicht Richtung Afrika. Die letzten paar Hundert Meter zur Finca sind in der Anfahrt ein wenig herausfordernd,weil sehr steil und zum Schluss über Sandpiste. Das Auto hat einen ebenen separaten Abstellplatz vor der Einfahrt zum Grundstück. Anzumerken wäre,das es hier oben nur wenige Finca gibt und doch einige Hunde,die von Zeit zu Zeit bellen,wenn mal Motocrossfahrer oder das ein oder andere Auto vorbeikamen.Uns hat es nicht gestört ,zumal Nachts immer traumhafte Ruhe war.Rauf oder runter zur Küste braucht man rund 20 Minuten mit dem Auto,auf das man aber auch angewiesen ist.Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter vor Ort.Sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wahrlich ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir haben jeden Tag sehr genossen. Vielen Dank

The house is more than perfect, it is just like done all what you need. Nice house very clean, very good looking, makes you feel compfortable, hapy and relaxed. So muss Urlaub sein!

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, super ausgestattet, die Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick lässt keine Wünsche offen: Berge, Meer, Sterne und Natur pur. Wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt, ist selbst Schuld. Nach den vielen Ausflügen in quirlige Städte haben wir die Ruhe auf dem Grundstück sehr genossen. Danke an Pablo und Esteban für ihre stets offenen Ohren und wertvollen Tipps.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten in der Finca Casablanca einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Bilder lügen nicht. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Das Haus hat alles was man für den Urlaub braucht und Pablo (Vermieter) und Esteban (Verwalter) sind einfach spitze. Sie waren bei jeder Frage sofort für uns ansprechbar. Ein großes Dankeschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Einfach schön.

Wir waren mit unserer 17jährigen Tochter für 14 Tage in der Finca Casablanca. Wir kannten die Gegend bereits und wollten dieses Jahr eine neue Finca mieten. Die Finca entspricht genau den Fotos, die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich, der Pool und der Außenbereich ein Traum. Auch die Finca selber ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Weg zur Finca ist ein wenig sportlich, da er ziemlich steil ist, aber nach zwei Tagen war das kein Problem mehr. Esteban, der Verwalter, hat uns freundlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt und war für uns immer erreichbar. Pablo ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der uns vor der Reise viele Tipps für die Gegend geschickt hat. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub!

Vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, nous avons été très bien accueillie. La villa se trouve tout en haut d'une montagne, elle a une vue est magnifique sur la montagne et sur mer. Petot bémol, il manque juste un lave linge 😊. Nous recommandons cette villa.

Perfecto para pasar en familia

La casa esta recién reformada ,todo perfecto. La cocina completa ,camas de dormitorios muy cómodas, porche barbacoa muy acogedor .piscina perfecta. Vistas inmejorables. Solo le falta a mu gusto ,una lavadora, y mosquiteras en todas las ventanas. Por el resto perfecto. La comunicación con los anfitriones perfecta y rápida. Recomiendo este lugar 100%. Espero repetir.

Spektakuläre Aussicht und Traum Lage

Wir waren als Paar mit Hund in der Casablanca. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind Fantastisch mit Sicht über die Küste bis nach Afrika. Das Haus ist neu eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Empfang vom Verwalter war sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe etc. hat bestens geklappt. Der Aussenbereich war noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt, aber die neue Aussenküche am Pool wird sehr schön. Für die Anfahrt zur Casablanca wird in jedem Fall ein Auto benötigt ist aber einfach über eine asphaltierte Straße zu erreichen. Wir haben uns auch für dieses Haus entschieden, da wir mit einem kleinen Hund verreist sind und ein eingezäuntes Grundstück gesucht haben. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden auch wieder kommen.
