The penthouse is located in the center of Torre del Mar, approx. a 5 minute-walk from the beach. It has a terrace of 100 m2, which allows sunbathing from morning to evening. The apartment is bright, spacious and equipped with all the necessary comfort. Despite its central location, noise is not an issue. The apartment is on the top floor of a property that is primarily used as office space. Due to the central location of the penthouse, everything can be easily reached on foot. In the immediate vicinity are different eating / dining establishments (restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc.) as well as shopping and sightseeing possibilities. A vehicle is recommended if you want to explore the surrounding area (for example Nerja or Malaga). An elevator goes (almost) to the top floor. However, a few steps have to be climbed to reach the loft. Private parking is not available. But free parking spaces can be found around the building. In the summer (high season), the search for a parking space can be difficult due to tourism. The costs include electricity, gas and cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed. Sie ist mit einer Terrasse von 100 m2 ausgestattet, welche das Sonnenbaden von morgens bis abends erlaubt. Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und mit allem nötigen Komfort ausgestattet. Trotz zentraler Lage ist Lärm kein Thema. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der obersten Etage der einer Immobilie, bei der es sich primär um Büroräumlichkeiten handelt. Durch die zentrale Lage der Dachwohnung, kann alles gut zu Fuss erreicht werden. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich sowohl unterschiedliche Ess- (Restaurants, Cafes, Bäckereien, etc.), und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Fahrzeug ist empfehlenswert, wenn man die nähere Umgebung (z. B. Nerja oder Malaga) erkunden möchte. Ein Aufzug fährt (fast) zur obersten Etage. Einige wenige Treppenstufen müssen jedoch erklommen werden um die Dachwohnung zu erreichen. Ein privater Parkplatz steht nicht zur Verfügung, jedoch gibt is um das Gebäude herum viele kostenlose Parkplätze die jederzeit genutzt werden können. Lovely property everything there you need for your stay. Everything was clean and tidy, great wrap around balcony for outside living. Nice to be in the centre of town, but a very quiet location. Parking is easy underground car park located close to property at a reasonable weekly rate .
Great outdoor space, seating and shade. The wrap around terrace gets the sun on one side in the morning & the other side in the afternoon.
The apartment was clean, well equipped with aircon & all the necessary utensils, beds were comfortable allowing a good nights sleep.
The penthouse apartment is very centrally located in Torre del Mar. It is light, spacious and with a large rooftop terrace which catches the sun all day. The apartment is well equipped, very clean with everything we needed. The complimentary wine , beer and soft drinks in the fridge were appreciated.
The property was perfect, the best of both worlds. You are on top of the building with great views and very little sound from the streets below, but you're actually in the centre of everything. Will definitely go again? Jose the owner always answered any queries we had before we went and Paco was very helpful when we arrived. Thank you
My husband Paul and myself returned from Spain a couple of days ago, having had a lovely holiday in Jose's apartment in Torre del Mar. The apartment is just as it looks on the vrbo website. It is huge, comfortable, immaculate and has everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay in this area. The bedroom we used was light and airy and the bed was very comfortable and there is also a large amount of storage space. The sofas in the very large lounge are also very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking if you fancy staying in and catering for yourself. The shower is wonderful and there is a constant supply of hot water. There is a fabulous roof terrace which has areas for either sun worshiping or shade to sit and read and is perfect for an evening glass of vino while watching the sun go down. Jose was very accommodating and easy to communicate with when required. We had a fabulous time here and would not hesitate to book again if we return to this area.

this excellent apartment was in a perfect location to enjoy this lovely Spanish seaside town
whilst there was only 2 of us we found this apartment very spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities and everything we needed.

Ideal location and comfortable spacious penthouse apartment
Check in was straightforward, apartment was centrally located in Torre del Mar with great views of the surrounding mountains and sea. It was well equipped with comfortable beds, spacious rooms a decent kitchen and an excellent sun terrace on both sides which reveives the sun all day. Convenient for supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bakers. We will hopefully be able to rebook this one for our next trip. It was good value.
Schöne gut ausgestattete Wohnung, vor einigen Jahren renoviert und einigermaßen sauber (sehr helle Couchen nicht abgesaugt und angeschmutzt). Die Größe von Wohnung und Dachterrasse wurde mit einem 3-Meter-Maßband gemessen und beträgt nicht jeweils 100 sondern jeweils 80 m2 (- 5 %). Das ist sehr schade und hier wird man mit der Unwahrheit bedient. Die Ausstattung mit diversen Elektrogeräten ist gut, der Fernseher empfängt nur ein spanisches Programm. Das eine vorhandene Klimagerät ist fast überfordert, da sich die Wohnung naturgemäß tagsüber stark aufheizt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schwierig um nicht zu sagen katastrophal, das Haus befindet sich in einer Fußgängerzone, an der kreuzenden Straße kann man nicht halten und im Umkreis von 500 m findet man keinen Parkplatz (ist nur einmal gelungen). Ich hatte kurz nach der Buchung mit Ihrer Hotline genau darüber gesprochen und auch hier die falsche Auskunft erhalten („es gäbe unten Parkplätze…“). Wir mussten das Gepäck und die Einkäufe jeweils ziemlich weit schleppen, teilweise über einen Kilometer. Bei einem Telefonat mit dem Vermieter sagte man uns dass es für die Wohnung keinen Parkplatz gibt , wir sollten weiter weg vom Meer suchen. Dieser Hinweis brachte aber nichts - ich werde deshalb nochmal Kontakt mit Ihnen aufnehmen. VG Dr. Paul Kellerer Tel. 01703226677
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Obwohl das Haus an einer Hauptstraße steht ist der Straßenlärm so gut wie gar nicht zu hören.
Da unserer Flug Verspätung hatte und wir Paco vom Flughafen aus informieren sollten wegen der Schlüsselübergaben, hat das glaube ich nur gut geklappt da unserer, vor Ort lebender Sohn spanisch spricht.
Die Wohnung ist vom vierten Stock aus über eine breite gut zu gehende Treppe zu erreichen.
Die Küche ist weitgehendes gut ausgestattet. Allerdings 4 Kaffeetassen sind zu wenig um die Spülmaschine wirtschaftlich zu nutzen. Es gibt eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und eine kleine italienische Espressomaschine. Günstig wäre eine einfache Filterkaffeemaschine. Den Hinweis von Paco man könnte löslichen Kaffee nehmen fand ich nicht so gut.
Im TV gab es leider nur zwei deutsche Programme und die stürzten immer wieder ab.
In einer Wohnung dieser Preiskategorie erwarte ich auch Strandtücher und möchte meinen Tee ohne gelöste Kalkbrocken aus dem Wasserkocher trinken. Deswegen die vier Sterne.
Der Vermieter war immer schriftlich zu erreichen und der Kontakt war freundlich.

Super mooi appartement op een super lokatie
Heerlijk appartement midden in het centrum. Het appartement is zeer ruim, luxe en schoon. Keuken en badkamer zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden zijn heerlijk. Terras is groot, zodat er altijd wel een plekje is in de zon of schaduw. We komen graag nog een keertje terug.
