El Ático de Claudia Centro

Very bright newly built penthouse with modern and functional décor, located in the center of Torre del Mar, just 100 meters from the beach and behind Paseo de Larios. HD television with international satellite channels and free Wi-Fi connection. Large sunny terrace.

All services are less than a 2-minute walk away on a quiet street with traffic limited to property owners. It has a spacious terrace with a pergola where you can relax, read, or simply sunbathe.

The building consists of only 3 apartments, very quiet. We will be at your disposal if you need anything.

You will find the Tourist Office just around the corner, where you will be very well attended to. I also recommend walking along Paseo de Larios, right in front, and of course strolling along one of the largest seaside promenades in Europe.

You cannot miss the first lighthouse of Torre del Mar, built in 1864, located 700 meters from the accommodation.

If you want to burn calories, you can enjoy running or walking along the coastal path in front of the promenade or cycling on the bike lane.

A quiet street with traffic limited to residents only, friendly and welcoming neighborhood just steps away from the most popular restaurants and cafés in Torre del Mar.

Street parking is possible on the parallel street, a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. The main bus station is a 5-minute walk away, and local bus stops are 2 minutes away on foot.

Lovely apartment

A lovely clean apartment in excellent location, on details said Wi-Fi at property but there was an extra charge for this service, 35.00 per week it was potable Wi-Fi box not good connection , the owner only charged us 25.00, if we had known we would have up graded our phones before we left the uk . I would still go back as it was lovely apartment with all you need except Wi-Fi

tous commerces à proximité, précisez que c'est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, rue à sens unique sans stationnement (décharge rapide des valises) et le premier parking situé en bord de mer à 260m si place disponible, si non parking 2 ou 3 plus loin

Claudia's Attic

We arrived at the accomodation to be met by Marco and his lovely family,he took us to the third floor attic which was compact but very well equipped,clean and with everything we needed. We had no internet but Marcos provided it for us as soon as we asked for a very reasonable price. The street was quiet but close to the sea front and we were close to many really good tapas bars and restaurants. Its only 40 minutes from Malaga and has a really good bus service with many coastal routes so you don't actually need a car. Torre del Mar is family friendly with lots to do for the children and Claudia's attic was a great place to explore the area from. Marcos...we will come back..such a great place!
