    One of the cosiest accommodations you will ever have the pleasure to enjoy is waiting for you incredibly close to the beach. This wooden-style villa can welcome four people, two in a bedroom with a double bed and two on the attic, where two single beds are located. On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom with shower and an open space living concept. This is composed of a completely equipped open kitchen and a welcoming dining-living room. The decoration of the whole holiday villa is characterised by wooden walls and modern furniture, to provide you with the most comfortable stay ever. The warm/cool AC is provided in the living room and the attic.

    The outdoor area is one of a kind. You can enjoy the porch while tasting delicious meals or take a dip in the private pool. Sunbathe on the sun loungers provided or shelter from the warm sun rays under the parasols. Andalucia’s mild weather will be one of the reasons why you won’t want to leave this paradise ever again.

Lovely place & well run

The owner met us on the way to ensure we arrived at the property efficiently. The property was really clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the TV which was replaced immediately (and upgraded) by the owners. We had a great holiday in a fantastic property with helpful and friendly owners who live 5 mins away. Thank you again.

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus, ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto von Malaga entfernt. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Küche ist perfekt mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Außenbereich hat man eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick, ein großer Pool und eine wunderbare Grillecke. Sitzgelegenheiten sind überdacht, so dass man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen kann. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus absolut empfehlen!!!! Ideal zum Erkunden Andalusiens und zum Entspannen. Vielen Dank für den freundlichen Empfang und wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Zoals je kunt verwachten van een huis maar niet altijd meemaakt.

Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Teresa is de perfecte host en heeft aan alles gedacht, niets was haar teveel. Het huis was schoon, volledig ingericht en wat we ook bedachten, het was aanwezig! De communicatie liep perfect en het welkomstpakket was zeer attent.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Es ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Umgebung ist super ruhig. Wer wirklich von allem abschalten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Es hat alles, Teresa die Gastgeberin, sie hat uns am ersten Tag zum Haus gebracht. Er traf uns in einem Restaurant ganz in der Nähe und begleitete uns zur Unterkunft. Er ließ uns Wasser im Kühlschrank und ein paar kostenlose Biere. Alles ein Detail. Auch eine Obstschale mit einigen Früchten und einigen Süßigkeiten. Er führte uns durch das Haus und erklärte uns alles, was wir brauchten. Bei Problemen reagiert er sehr schnell. Für uns war es eine Woche voller Entspannung. Der Bäcker kommt jeden Tag auf der Straße vorbei und Sie können das Brot bei ihm bestellen. Alles ist ganz toll. Wir werden sicher ein anderes Mal zurückkehren, wenn wir können. 👋😊

Ein schönes Haus, eine Geschichte! Es fehlt kein Detail, mit exquisitem Geschmack eingerichtet, komfortabel ... Eine Küche mit allem, was Sie brauchen und mehr, ein super gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Sofa für ein gutes Nickerchen! Das schöne Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, mit einem großen Kleiderschrank und einer bequemen Matratze ... Und der spektakuläre Dachboden! Mein Mädchen hat es genossen, sie war klar, dass sie dort geschlafen hat !! Die Treppen ... etwas klein, aber mit Sorgfalt gehen sie super. Tolles Badezimmer, kleine Duschwanne, aber sehr komfortabel. Die unglaubliche Äußere, viele schöner Blumen, sehr gut gepflegt, Obstbäume ... Ein sehr komfortable Grillplatzes, mit einer unglaublichen Markise über den Tisch ... Vielleicht ist der „Manager“ des Grills wurde ein wenig Schatten fehlt für das hahaha. Aber es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wir werden es sicher wiederholen.

Der Zugang zum Haus ist etwas schwierig, da der Weg bergauf klein ist, man sich aber schnell daran gewöhnt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem kleinen hölzernen Palast. Alles was wir uns wünschen konnten war vorhanden. Wir hupten die hupenden und bellenden Hunde. Cottage war super sauber und die Vermieter haben es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr schön war auch, dass jeden Morgen eine Bäckerei mit frischem Brot kam. Dies wurde in den Rezensionen noch nicht erwähnt. Du brauchst ein Auto.

Ein tolles schönes Haus mit wirklich allem. Umfangreiche Küchenutensilien, viele Handtücher, sogar Strandtücher, Klimaanlage / Heizung. Überall sitzen rund ums Haus. Wunderbares BBQ. Außendusche und Schwimmbad. Besitzerin Maria Teresa ist super freundlich, nichts ist zu viel. Ihr Mann hat uns sogar abends mit dem elektrischen Tor geholfen. Zum Glück leben sie sehr nah :-) Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei ihr für den hervorragenden Service bedanken!

Ondanks het dramatisch slechte weer hebben wij ons goed vermaakt in Almayate Alto in dit leuke huisje. De laatste twee dagen hadden we door de extreme weersomstandigheden te maken met een lekkage in het plafond! Vanuit dit verblijf hebben wij vele leuke uitstapjes gemaakt die zeker de moeite waard waren en elke keer verrassend waren. De ontvangst was uitstekend en de gastheer en gastvrouw waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
