On the east coast of Malaga in the village of Almayate Alto you will find the modern furnished apartment Brisas de Almayate. From the 47 m² roof terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The region is worth a visit in every season. In summer you can go hiking or swimming and in winter you can go skiing in the Sierra Nevada, which is only 1 hour and 30 minutes away by car, or play golf in the immediate vicinity. The building is wheelchair accessible thanks to an elevator. The accessible apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, SAT-TV and a DVD player. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a children's high chair.

In the private outdoor area, 2 terraces and a balcony await you with comfortable seating, sun loungers and a parasol, as well as beautiful views of the sea. Prepare delicious meals on the private barbecue to enjoy outdoors with your loved ones. You can spend relaxing hours in the shared garden and at the shared swimming pool with children's pool. Comodidad y todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia

Pros: La casa está muy bien. Tiene todo en una planta, el salón, dos habitaciones (una de ellas con baño), otro baño fuera y la cocina con acceso a una buena terraza. En la planta de arriba tienen un solárium con mesas, sillas, tumbonas y barbacoa. El salón es muy amplio. La habitación con la cama de matrimonio está muy bien con un vestidor grande. Tiene aire acondicionado centralizado. La cocina tiene de todo. La cafetera es dolce gusto. Tiene buenas zonas comunes con parque y piscina. A la playa se puede ir andando en 5 minutos (es verdad que luego hay cuesta para subir). Tiene plaza de garaje amplia. Tiene sillas y sombrilla de plaza y nos dejó también toallas. Hay tendedero, lavavajillas, lavadora, plancha, secador, productos de aseo personal… Acogen a los perritos, cosa que se agradece muchísimo. Zona muy tranquila para estar relajados y como punto de partida para conocer otras zonas ( si buscas una zona más animada, no es la indicada). Cons: Hay que tener cuidado con la comida por qué salen hormiguitas. Las cama de matrimonio es un poco blanda.

Maravilloso apartamento con azotea

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien, tiene todo tipo de detalles desde toallas para la piscina a sillas y sombrilla para la playa. La urbanización es muy tranquila en la fecha en la que hemos estado, con una piscina fantástica. Lo que más nos gustó fueron las terrazas, la de abajo ideal para desayunar y comer. La azotea una pasada cuando caía el sol, con tumbonas, sillones y barbacoa de gas. Una maravilla!! Cons: Me gustó todo en general, eso sí para todo necesitas el coche aunque no está lejos de la playa, la cuesta que hay que subir a la vuelta "te obliga" a cogerlo.

Resten er virkelig godt, fantastisk med gode møbler, og ikke bare det sædvanlige billige plastik møg. Resten er kun nogle meget små bagateller. We had an fantastic holiday at your apartment, it has fantastic furniture, and gladly not just the normally cheap plastic chairs, good style, perfect surroundings, except some miner details, the only sad thing in the apartment is the stairway to the roof terrace, which meant that we did not use the roof terrace very much.

Het appartement van Greet en Martin ligt prima t.o.v het strand en de snelweg. Het is van alle gemak

Pros: Het appartement van Greet en Martin ligt prima t.o.v het strand en de snelweg. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en het heeft een heerlijk terras met ligbedden en zelfs een barbecue. Daarnaast is er nog een balkon waar je ook prima zit. De badkamers zijn ruim. Ook de strandstoeltjes zijn een extra plus want die kun je makkelijk meenemen in de auto. In de nabije omgeving is er voor elk wat wils te vinden: strand, natuur, stad en bergdorpjes. Kortom een aanrader om hier te verblijven.

Van een geweldig zoning en ruim dakterras met een loungeset, ligbedden en een buitenkeuken, tot een complete ingerichte keuken, gezellige woonkamer, een eigenlijk parkeerplaats in de garage etc. Alles is nieuw en niet ontbreekt. Zeer gunstige ligging dichtbij strand, winkels, stadjes, vliegveld etc. Zeer gastvrije eigenaar die enorm zijn best doet om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Een aanrader!

Pros: Dit was een super fijn huis. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een parasol en stoelen voor het strand. Het gebied is ook ideaal om de buurt verder te verkennen ( ga zeker naar Nerja (aanrader), Granada en Malaga. We zijn zelfs naar Polopos geweest (ivm de tv serie).. Een auto is wel handig. Ook is het strand niet ver weg alleen hou er wel rekening mee dat de weg terug steil omhoog is. We hebben met veel plezier gebruik gemaakt van het huis. Verder is het contact met de verhuurders ook zeer prettig, ze reageren heel snel. Kortom als je dit huis huurt dan beleef je een lekker vakantie. Ps; de kinderen vonden het zwembad ook heel fijn.

Wij hebben zowel in de Finca gezeten als in het appartement. Beide waren heerlijke verblijfplaatsen.

Vanaf beide plaatsen kan je ook makkelijk allerlei uitstapjes maken. De omgeving is prachtig. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, ze zijn goed bereikbaar en reageren en regelen alles snel wanneer nodig!!
