3 bedroomed air-conditioned apartment on the Niza Beach development only 3 km from the popular Spanish holiday resort and wide sandy beach of Torre del Mar. The villa is split into 2 self contained units which can be rented individually or as a whole, (please note no other groups will be in occupation if you are only renting one unit - this advert is just for the 3 bedroom 1st floor villa). Both units are furnished to a very high standard providing everything you could wish for to have an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. Both units contain large TV’s, with Satellite TV with English TV channels. The apartment come with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker etc. Outside the villa there is a private swimming pool set in landscaped gardens and a driveway to park a car.
