You only need to walk to the check in counter, no need for a bus or shuttle. The stajj was very lind and helpfull we travel with 6 large luggage plus carry ons and we receive supoort all the time. Of I need to stary at Malpensa I will pick the Sheraton again

First Hotel Malpensa
Clean, comfortable room. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was decent which is nice considering there isn't much else around. They also have a little snack bar open 24/7.

Hotel Villa Malpensa
We made use of the shuttle service to and from the airport, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a truly beautiful stay.
