Propiedad nueva en ubicación buena.
Cons: Te puedes quedar bloqueado:
1.-si tienes dentro de la casa, las llaves de la casa, del coche, del portón de acceso de la calle, pertenencias, teléfono, etc.
2.-si todos los usuarios adultos están por la piscina, el porche, la barbacoa, etc.
3.-Y cierras la puerta de la casa o se te cierra la puerta de la casa accidentalmente.
Con esta casuística:
1.- no puedes salir a la calle
2.- no puedes acceder a la casa. (Imagínate que se te queda el bebé adentro de la casa)
Pienso que tendría que haber una maneta para acceder a la casa desde el porche.

Casa muy tranquila y con encanto muy cerca de la playa
Pros: La cercanía a la playa, la tranquilidad.
La amabilidad y rapidez de contacto con la anfitriona.
Ciertamente lugar para descansar. Disfrutar de la bbq y la piscina interior una gozada. Todas las comodidades.
