With the security of a gated community, but with the privacy of being surrounded by nature. Expect the visit of the monkeys, while working with the best internet in the area.
3 minutes on foot the Mutante Skate park, the rest. Grindz and Las Tecas supermarket. Less than 700 meters from the best restaurants and the best downtown Playa Negra Yoga Retreat.
