In addition, the home undergoes a deep cleaning every month by a separate company. - We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the property manager would have been happy to address your concerns immediately so that you could enjoy the home, should you have conveyed it during the instances that checked on you during your the stay. - While the washer and dryer are older models, they work well. - Stripping linen and starting a load of laundry are typical check-out instructions in the vacation rental industry but we apologize if this caught you off-guard. We send these instructions out in the pre-stay email so that guests have the opportunity to plan accordingly. - We do apologize for the single bug that you saw during your stay. The home is regularly treated for pests, but our location in the tropics can mean that pests can occasionally be present.
