"Brenda & Juan have created a beautiful place you can call home not too far from San Juan. I felt like I was in my own personal resort. The pool was so refreshing and if you would like you can eat dinner in at their small guests only restaurant. Cerró Gordo beach is about 20 minutes away and is another treasure. "We loved everything about Condado Lagoon by Otium. Otium’s team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The room was spotless, the desk staff were friendly. The area is beautiful and we were able to watch sea turtles off our balcony every day. "It wasn’t bad. I suppose if you are looking for a quick stay in San Juan the night before your flight departure, it is decent for the price. The instructions for accessing the room is a process but sort of straightforward. The unit was clean. The layout is a bit strange but presented ok. Very small quarters but again, way better than sleeping in the airport terminal. "

"The property is not as nice or expensive as Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve, but it was quiet, safe and good dining options around the property. The location is not as secluded as the Grand Reserve which is good and bad. You feel more "trapped" and have to use the hotel resturants and shops at the Grand as it is more remote. Overall, I would recommend this property."
