"We had a fantastic time at La Concha. Staff let us know that they’ll be doing a renovation next year - adding a fine dining restaurant and an Olympic sized pool, so that is exciting. Needs basic updating to facade. Every staff member was incredibly nice and helpful. The casino is awesome. Lobby bar and Solera has the best food. Rooms were very clean. Looking forward to coming back in two years and seeing what’s new! Also shoutout to the coffee shop across the street from the hotel, Barista Squared Condado, very tasty coffee and great service. "

She offered us bottles of water and was kind enough to upgrade our room after I explained to her that I was having a masectomy when I returned home and this would be my last trip for a while. The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property!!!"

"Such an amazing experience! Alex our bartender created a special drink for my boyfriend for his birthday. We called it the Danny. We started to let all other guests and of course it was a hit! I will definitely come back! Hands down one of the best vacations I have ever had."

"We were greeted upon arrival to the hotel. Our room was small but all we needed for the three day we were their. The breakfast was great in the hotel resturant. Staff was very helpful in getting transportation that we needed during our stay. The view from the top terrance was beautiful and a great place for a quite read."
