"The staff was especially accommodating when we first arrived. They helped to arrange transportation from the airport and gave us a wonderful tour of the entire facility. We enjoyed the massages and the yoga class. The facility is wonderfully relaxing and beautifully maintained. The only disappointing part was our departure. We had an early flight so we arranged to have someone help us with our luggage so we could check out early. When they didn't show I went to the reception desk to checkout and get help with the luggage. The person there could help me with our luggage but they couldn't check us out. I would still recommend this place and would come again!"

"Excellent breakfast and the staff go above an beyond in every way.
the beach is lovely, however the hotel does not have any facilities on the beach (loungers etc)
They also need more loungers around the main pool as there were only 8.
however the property is in a great location, the rooms are excellent and the staff superb."

"My first room door lock wouldn’t work and couldn’t be fixed and because hotel was full they couldn’t transfer me to another room until 2 days later. At time of checkout my 2 Mastercard wouldn’t work and I had to use my corporate Amex. Those same cards worked perfectly for the rest of my trip in all other hotels. They also couldn’t provide me a hard copy of my invoice because of some computer/network issue (might explain the credit card issue somehow…) and even though they said they would send one by mail I never got it."
