"This is my genuine experience staying here. I arrived around 2:30 AM after my flight was delayed. The first thing I noticed was staff sleeping in the lobby. While I tried to overlook that, the real disappointment came when I entered my room. The room was extremely dirty. The bed was unclean, and the bathroom was filthy as well. Unfortunately, I had another flight to Varanasi in a few hours, so I had no choice but to take a quick shower and leave. My advice to anyone considering this property:...

"The hotel was amazing and staff went over and above to make sure the guests have a comfortable stay. Ideal central location, excellent breakfast with plenty of choices in Qube, great Qube team.Travel arrangements from Concierge were excellent and special appreciation to Dolly and team. Govind and Tej from travel team made sure everything right from airport pick up to final drop off was perfect. Lounge staff, Jamavar team and Reception desk team were very helpful."
