Bra gratis parkering. God frukost. Lyhört när någon går förbi eller pratar i korridoren. Saknade kylskåp o vattenkokare på rummet. Detta fanns dock i receptionen att använda/låna.

Bara bra helt enkelt. Hjälpsam och väldigt trevlig personal som dessutom är tillgängliga dygnet runt. Smidig incheckning och utcheckning samt snabb och enkel transport till och från boendet. Även städpersonalen är otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma. De gör helt enkelt det de kan göra för att få dig att känna dig hemma. Det enda negativa med boendet är priset vilket är för högt, särskilt jämfört med andra boenden i närliggande områden. Det får en att inte tänka på Scandic som sitt förstahandsval sonika. Det är verkligen synd eftersom hotellet i hög grad uppfyller alla krav för att räknas som ett lyxigt hotell för en stad som Västerås. Hotellet har även pool och andra faciliteter som, återigen, lyfter upp boendet från att vara OK till kategorin för lyxhotell. Sammanlagt är boendet riktigt bra och personalen är väldigt professionella och trevliga oavsett tiden på dygnet, men planeringen med priser, budget, marknadsföring och styrning kan och bör förbättras rejält, vilket kommer att bidra till hotellets intressenter men även kundernas.

Super Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise. In der Lobby gibt es sogar Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten (Kicker etc) und Spielräume für Kinder. Frühstück war auch sehr gut und umfangreich.

Saker att förbättra: Ett varmare personligare välkomnande vid receptionen, kändes väldigt mekaniskt. Fothandduk till duschen. Annars rinner vattnet ut på golvet när man duschar. Dålig tätning på duschväggen. Få längre tid på sig att äta frukost. Personalen dukade undan vårt bord innan vi hade ätit klart. 10 personer är alldeles för många att vara vid poolen.

Så trevlig personal överallt! Super fin och mysig lobby! Jätte bra hotell att resa med barn. Mysig liten pool och snyggt omklädningsrum med bastu. Frukostbuffén jätte bra. Och även restaurangen på kvällen. Kommer absolut åka hit igen.
