Breakfast could have been better and dinner was ok. Pillows far too soft. But lovely big room, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We really like the breakfast and dinner included. The always available coffee area and the kindness of the front desk team is fantastic. This hotel is very convenient to public transport and shopping areas downtown too.

A great experience, super friendly staff

What a great experience. I have been at five-star hotels with worse service than here. The personnel was extremely friendly and the takeaway breakfast was more than sufficient (which we had to take due to early checkout). Will definitely book again this hotel.

The room was very clean on arrival, the staff I met at the hotel hotel that night was extremely friendly and welcoming, she explained the cleaning policy in detail. The staff was very nice, the location was nice and central, lot of facilities included but I did not have time to use them all. I would like to go back to the hotel for longer periods. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

As locally situated in the “Centrum” as you can get. This did also mean that it was loud at night with bars and restaurants right below the hotel. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and so the windows had to stay open to the restaurant street which meant sleep wasn’t great. Got 5 h of sleep. Good price for value. Included great breakfast. Dinner was less so with the main dish running out 1 h before end of service and we were served something completely different and not very good. Hotel front desk team was super friendly and helpful with other logistics such as parking and also provided a late check out.

The staff were helpful especially directing me with where to park and asked the kitchen to extend the dinner time a little bit so my husband and I can have dinner. The food was delicious. The room was okay, not cool enough so we can comfortably sleep. We tried opening the window, but there was noise outside.

We would definitely stay again. The staff was amazing and helpful at any given time. The complimentary meals were SO nice. Loved the breakfast they had set out. Complete for any type of appetite. We were there to see family so didn’t enjoy but one Fika and 1 dinner. 😋😊
