This hotel is in a great location, it has shopping, dining and coffee shops. The hotel is great and the staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Overall a nice stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and it’s always excellent! The staff were extremely friendly, and the room usually ready early. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is great, being right in the middle of the downtown and less than a 10 min walk to Mälardalen university. The breakfast is fantastic!! Lots of variety of hot and cold foods. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Great experience in iconic building right in centre of Västerås. Rooms are nice with ample space, minibar and modern bathroom. Breakfast amazing and staff very friendly. Will stay again.

The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was a little wobbly, but that might be just my preference. The breakfast was really great. Better than a larger hotel chain that I stayed at in Stockholm. If you want a sampling of traditional Swedish breakfast items, they had it. Several different types of knäckebröd and regular bread. Lots of different meat options and pickled herring to put on it. They had traditional Swedish rosehip soup and blueberry soup options. They also had eggs and bacon and several other things.

It was cozy and nice, almost clean hotel. We saw some small stains on the pillows but those were manageable at least. The think that was unexpected was the parking. We did not know that the parking in the garage/parking pool was not included in the price and we learned it when we asked it to the person on the reception. And, in the night, the isolation was not that good we believe since we heard all voices from the street. Overall it was not supreme but was a good stay.
