The Loft Haus ~7 Minutes To Bavarian Blast~ Across from Cass River!

Willkommen to the Loft Haus, a freshly decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bath retreat with a spacious loft, styled in a cozy Bavarian modern design! This cute little cottage is tucked away in the quiet town of Tuscola-only a 7 minute drive to all Frankenmuth has to offer, including the BRAND NEW Bavarian Blast!

The Loft Haus has a fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need is here! The stocked coffee bar means you have everything you need to brew your morning /afternoon cup; french press, ninja Coffee maker, coffee, creamer & sugar.

The large yard is perfect for family fun! Cozy up to the fire pit and roast some marshmallows supplied with benches, camp chairs and roasting sticks. Then gather your group for dinner on the deck at the patio table that sits 6.

This charming house features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and Nectar memory foam mattress. You’ll also find a queen sofa bed in the loft area. Therefore, comfortably sleeping 6 guests!

Frankenmuth has so much to offer all year round for every season!

In the Spring bring the kids to the Bavarian Easter Celebration or enjoy some adult time in April at the 80's Fest! The Balloon Fest and Dog Bowl in May are also good family fun!

In the Summer you can enjoy floating down the Cass River which is only a 2 minute walk to the Tuscola Township Park. Tube and kayak rentals are available at Frankenmuth Kayaks or Sivak's Cass River Boat and Tube Rental. Feel free to bring your own as well! The park also has a great play area for the kids, all walking distance from the house!
Memorial Park is located just over 4 miles from the property and provides a disc golf course, horse shoe pit and rose garden. Several Golf Courses are located within 20 minutes of The Loft Haus.

If you plan on visiting in the Fall, you must come for Oktoberfest!

Frankenmuth in the Winter is a sight to see! From visiting Bronner's, the biggest Christmas store in the World to ice skating downtown, there are so many things to do. In January the Snowfest is a must see!

The neighborhood wasn't great, but the house was, although the deck could use some preservation. Inside was immaculate, well maintained and comfortable. We much appreciated purified water for drinking and showers. The bed was very cozy. Several times, though, the boards under the box spring popped out of place and had to be put back. Overall it was a great place to stay and relax.

We especially liked the location to Frankenmuth. We ran in a woman's mud run and it was so convenient to be able to relax afterward. We mostly used the loft playing games they provided.Overall, great trip.

Michigander Coming "Home"

We were in town to visit family and since we are originally from this area in Michigan, the Loft Haus was perfect for our needs. The house is spacious, clean, and very welcoming overall. Highly recommend - especially if ones travel goal is to be in Frankenmuth without the prices of staying in Frankenmuth. The hosts were were fantastic and we had no issues with any part of our booking or stay! Thank you for letting us share your space.

Great place

Quiet neighborhood, close to frankenmuth and birch run. Perfect house for our family and dog. Host supplied items needed for kitchen and bath, games to play, and all the linens. Would highly recommend a stay here. Only change I would make is to add a couple of comfy chairs to the kitchen area parents or those with difficulty climbing stairs to have a place to relax. Great loft with plenty of comfy seating though.

Better than expected!!

This was a perfect stay for my husband and I and especially for our 2 big dogs. It was so clean and supplied us with everything and more. Not only bathroom and kitchen supplies, but also dog bowls and leashes. The area is ok not much to do. But it was a perfect escape from everything. We will definitely be using this home again for any future visits!!

This was my message to the host when we left and 4hrs later there is no response.Good morning! We just left. Please know that while your house is beautiful and really cozy, we did not really enjoy it as we thought we could because of all the pet hair. The upstairs couch and the pillows on it were full of hair, we wiped the couch down so the kids could watch some tv, by the way, they thought it was very cool up there. All the sheets, pillow cases and covers and some of the towels had hair on them. Either hire a better cleaning crew or have the current one do a good job. We are not very pet friendly and maybe that’s why we were so disgusted, but you should really think about fining the guests that don’t follow the house rules. We did not take out the trash, nor removed the bedding, but again, we were beyond disgusted. Have a great day!

House is just as pictured in listing. House was comfortable, beds were comfortable. Host was easy to get in touch with and handle issues promptly. A suggest would be extra flatware and a pizza pan. Maybe a small table to set things in the front bedroom, could be in the closet since there are two closets in that room.

Frankenmuth vacation

Wonderful house to stay at. Close enough to Frankenmuth to enjoy all the fun shopping, activities and restaurants; but far enough for peace and quiet at night. The outside of the house is dated, but the inside is gorgeous. I do wish the write up had stated that while dogs are welcome they need to stay off the beds. That posed a problem with our dog who always sleeps with me. (Whining and crying at night). The internet was out when we first arrived and we were told we could cancel. We decided to stay and in was fixed the next day. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Close proximity to town center and far enough from the commotion of Main Street. The layout of the home was welcoming from singles to small families like we were. Some things that can be considered for improvement are: 1) a paved parking pad 2) increasing the amount of cutlery as it was stocked only for one person 3) replacing the bathroom mat that was old, tattered & disgusting Overall, the property provides an enjoyable and comfortable getaway location. A problem that occurred with hot water was addressed immediately therefore only a minor inconvenience.

Frankenmuth small getaway

The loft house was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and everything was just as listed. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming inside the home. My only suggestion would be to have a reading space by the window across from the kitchen to be away from the upstairs and yet have a place to relax, read and drink your coffee besides the kitchen table. The kitchen is very large, and I think would accommodate the additional reading space. Other than that, the house met all of our needs and we would stay again if in the area. We enjoyed Frankenmuth and the recommendations for places to eat at. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

The place is Beautiful. The advertisement needs to be more in depth. If you have disabilities it may be rough for you. Living room and Tv is in Loft. There was about 15 steps to get to Loft. The double bed in Loft was a blow up air mattress. The place is Charming. The cleaning was ok but the stove top had not been cleaned and the coffee pot had old coffee grounds and filter still in it, plus there was dishes in the dishwasher. The host was notified and she responded back quickly. It was nice and relaxing and we loved sitting on the back porch with a big back yard. We would go back. Frankenmuth area is beautiful.

Quiet and Peaceful

This property was cute and easy to locate. There is enough parking for at least 2-3 vehicles. It's a quick trip into Frankenmuth or Clio.Things to be aware of when renting this property: If you are traveling with someone with limited mobility there are 3-4 stairs to climb to get into the house once you enter the entryway. All of the couches are located in the loft so options for sitting down on the 1st floor are either the dining room chairs or a bed. The owner shows this in the photos so there is nothing inaccurate about their listing but it didn't even register with me as a possible issue until until we got there. So just a heads up. Also, watch your step getting out of the bathtub. It's a nice, deep tub but that means it's a bit of a step down to get out.Now, onto things that were AWESOME about this property: Well-stocked kitchen. Coffee is stored in the fridge to keep it fresh. Plenty of shampoo, towels, etc. in the bathroom. The loft area is really cute and there are plenty of games to play and a desk area for working. The owner is responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner while we were there and they had a technician come and fix it within a few hours of us contacting them. It really is a cute, peaceful place to stay.
