In a beautiful , serene and natural environment, with olive trees, Cypress trees, banana and pine trees, and bougainvilleas, a mere 150-200 metres from the sea (5min walking), we have created our four Superior - luxurious "Alegria Villas" Complex with 6 Maisonettes - Boutique houses (and Pr. Villas with pool,).
They have private outdoor SPA, a shared pool, and are of extremely superior standards. They have been built of stone and designed in traditional Zakynthian architecture, but with hi tech amenities and can acommodate up to 7-8 guests
All consist of 3 Bedrooms .
Two double bedrooms (of which one master double bedroom with fireplace and bathroom in it), and one big bedroom with 2 big single beds, two bathrooms, living room (sleeps up to 2 more guests).
Dining area, kitchen, balconies, all with sea view etc.
Each house is 155m in size and has been designed in traditional Zakynthian style in stone, the interior luxuriously styled and, of course, fully equipped throughout. There is also an eco children's playground with specious tree houses, WIFI, Free Parking, 2 BBQ, a shared pool with pool bar and specious dinner kiosks in the big garden!
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment. All rooms have air conditioning and sea view!
The view from the balconies is magnificent overlooking the sea which is approximately 150-200m. from the houses and there are 3-4 beaches, Vrachos, Plaka, St. Nicolas and Banana beach. Furthermore a five minute drive by car or even by bike will take you to Gerakas beach which belongs to the National Marine Park where the world-wide famous Carretta-Carretta turtles lay their eggs.
You can Visit it, see the nests and swim with the turtles!!!!

The use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven.

Approximately 100-200m. from "Alegria Villas" there is access to taverns, beach restaurants, S. Markets, etc. etc.

Our houses have been designed to meet all the demands, necessities and requirements of a family - or a group of friends.
