"Clean room"

"Was woken up at 5am by protesters picketing over the strike one job should be enough. Was super annoyed with the staff as the did nothing to stop them. "

"Well, getting to your room is limited to two slow moving elevators or stairs, parking was never a problem except they charge folks who are staying there $13 a night. The lot is controlled by a gate that I could never get to work right. The room itself while to fancy was clean but could have used an additional blanket instead of having the heater going. I didn't get any maid service after the first night (I stayed two) but I don't make a mess and didn't need it. Nothing to do there, its a here I am and there I go type place."

"While we love this hotel, this stay was frustrating! Between the constant clanging and banging day and nite and then our soaker tub not being able to hold water, on our anniversary weekend… no matter if we turned the knob left or right the tub would not hold water. We resulted in stuffing a wash cloth in the drain and refilling it several times! We chose Tacoma and this hotel for our anniversary weekend and it could have been better more like the last time. Upon letting staff know during checkout, he seemed apologetic though I am not sure this will be corrected. He explained the clanging and banging was due to the elevator mechanical room on the 26th floor(our suite was on the 24th) but the last 2 times we stayed in the same room we did not have this issue. I am frustrated that we had issues ok our special occasion especially because we love this hotel! "

"Good if you’re not gonna be in the room but otherwise, hotel was weak. We got in at around 6:30pm and left for the night for a concert. We came back and all our stuff was moved and our bed was open? We asked staff upon leaving and they stated they don’t offer turn down service so even they weren’t sure why someone was in our room after we left. We booked an accessible room and there was no where to hang our towels near the shower. The toilet flush only had one option that worked. Due to the nature of the accessible shower there was water on the floor after it was used. Incredibly annoying to use an iPad for all the lights and curtains, and super inconvenient that if you want the lights on in the bathroom the lights need to be on in the main room?? Before our concert we were gonna grab a drink in the bar but the attendant was less than attentive. Overall an overpriced hotel with no amenities and a weak ambience. "

"Rooms were out dated ( dark and gloomy) . Pricey breakfast. Staff great with reliable shuttle service."
