Fall settles beautifully over Vashon Island, and Sea & Sky is the kind of waterfront retreat that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile. Step outside into crisp coastal air, listen to the water along the shoreline, and watch the trees shift into autumn color around the property. From the deck, the view stretches across the Sound, with chances to spot bald eagles, herons, and even whales moving through the water. As evening arrives, gather around the fire pit under the open sky, then head inside to the warmth of the fireplace.

Indoor Living
The main living space feels connected to the landscape, with large windows framing the water and surrounding greenery. Curl up by the wood-burning fireplace, put a record on and let the music play through the surround sound, or settle into the sectional after a day spent outside.

There is also a second living area with books, a workstation, and a ping-pong table, giving guests room to spread out while still staying connected.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is made for relaxed meals at home, whether you are brewing coffee before stepping onto the deck or cooking dinner after a day exploring the island. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and cooking basics.

The dining area opens naturally into the outdoor space, making it easy to carry meals outside and linger over dinner with the water just beyond the deck.

Sleeping & Bath Spaces
Sea & Sky offers four bedrooms across the home, including a king primary bedroom with access to a private balcony, queen bedrooms with peaceful forest and water views, and a twin bedroom ideal for children or additional guests.

The bathrooms are thoughtfully appointed, including a jetted soaking tub in one bath - especially inviting after a cool fall day near the water.

Waterfront & Outdoor Living
The outdoor experience is what makes Sea & Sky exceptional. Spend the afternoon on the expansive waterfront deck, settle into the outdoor seating with a book, or enjoy a meal outside as boats move across the Sound.

Walk down to the shoreline for beachcombing, launch a kayak or paddleboard, or simply sit near the water and take in the quiet. Wildlife sightings are part of the experience here - whales, bald eagles, great blue herons, and other coastal visitors may appear when you least expect them.

As temperatures cool, light the outdoor fire pit and watch the sky change over the water before retreating inside to the fireplace.
