Regretfully, the property is run down, dusty and just not a five-star experience. Bathroom fixtures and faucets were rusted over and not clean. "Amazing stay! We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the Dolomites. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get air conditioning even though it wasn’t part of the booking. (The family that checked in right before us was not as lucky…no AC.)
The pool and hot tub was great even though the spa area is under construction. The breakfast buffet was incredible with many cold options and they offered eggs cooked to order as well.
We would definitely stay here again."

"There are not enough words to describe the beauty of this resort! They’ve thought of everything from the robes/slippers to a poolside bag.
