Nice and clean hotel in the Varkaus Center

Nice and quiet hotel in the center. Good value for money. Friendly service. We left early so we got early breakfast to go.

I think the overall service was nice, but the place was not. Especially the hotel restaurant had wonderful service. Hotel itself was old, well in need of some redoing. There was dust between the windows, like it was cleaned 2 years ago. Also the view to Stora Enso power plant isn't that great tbh :D

Erityisesti arvostan yhden hengen huonetta, jossa on yksi vuode. Huone oli viihtyisä ehkä juuri sen takia. Kahden vuoteen huone yhdelle on jotenkin loukkaavaa. Huone oli siisti, henkilökunta huumorintajuista.

Enemmän Oscareita elämään

Huoneessa oli todella kuuma, mutta ottaen huomioon ennätys helteet, se ei yllätä. Kaipailimme kuitenkin hieman ilmastointia. Huone itsessään oli siisti perushuone. Erityis kiitos ravintolalle! Ruoka oli ehdottomasti parasta, jota tänä kesänä olemme syöneet, sekä henkilökunta oli aivan mahtavaa ja ystävällistä. Tämä kattaa siis koko hotellin henkilökunnan.

Suurimmat epäkohdat

Huone parhaimmat päivänsä aikoja sitten nähnyt, joten hinta/latusuhde heikko. Suurin miinus ilmastoinnin puute helteillä. Kylpyamme ihan kiva, mutta siihen pääsy korkeista laidoista johtuen varmasti tuottaa ongelmia monelle. Pelkässä suihkussa käyminen ammeen pohjalla todella hankalaa.

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli. Otimme huoneen omalla saunalla, jossa oli erillinen wc, olohuone ja erillinen makuuhuone. Tilaa riitti ja huoneet olivat siistit ja viihtyisät. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Plussana hyvät parkkipaikat jopa asuntoautollemme.

Hotelli Oscarissa yöpyminen

Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin taitavaa ja ystävällistä. Erityisen mahtavaa palvelua sai ruokaravintolasta! Hotellin huoneet ovat vanhahtavia ja vain osassa huoneita on ilmastointi. Hotelli on erittäin siisti ja tänne palaa mieluusti uudelleen.

Varkauden ainoa ja paras hotelli

Perus siisti hotelli, mutta ikkunat pesemättä ja likaa ikkunoiden välissä. Pimennysverhot oli - hyvä - mutta ne oli myös rikki ja vaati askartelua saada kohdalleen. Sängyt ja tyynyt suht ok. Hieman retrotunnelma, ei haitaksi asti. Omaleimainen ehkä. Parkkipaikkoja oli runsaasti ja lähellä, tämä oli kätevää!

Kiva hotelli Varkaudessa

Ihan siisti hotelli, ainakin ns allergiahuoneen osalta. Se kannattaa muistaa erikseen mainita, jos on eläinallergioita, koska hotellissa on myös eläinhuoneita. Hyvä aamupala, ja ravintola Oscar hyvä paikka illallisruokailuun.
