Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.

Beautiful property in a great location in Athens. Hotel staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were warm, friendly, helpful and professional.
The room was beautiful - very clean, 2 rooms with comfortable bedding and a deluxe shower.
We also had dinner in their rooftop venue. Evie was a gracious, super sweet hostess and her recommendations for wine and food were spot on.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Athens.

Great location, easy walk from monastiraki metro. Beautiful new building with comfortable bed and nice view of the acropolis however, the buildings around are being restored. The room and hotel was quiet though so no impact on me. I would stay again.
