The hotel lobby and staff and restaurants were wonderful. Where this hotel totally neglects is in the cleanliness. It is an old hotel our rooms furnishings were newer but the room was very dirty and so was the bedding and the bathroom. Our friends next door furniture were old and the chairs were disgusting dirty.

I enjoyed my stay at the Arya Hotel. Really loved the pool and the views. Please remind your front desk staff NOT to mention the guest room number out loud at check-in, especially for a woman travelling alone. Better to just point to the room number on the key holder. Another nice touch would be to explain that a key is needed in the elevator to reach the guestroom floor. Thank you.

Bissau doesn't have a large selection of hotels, but it was okay for a short stay. However, I won't book it next time. The driver was supposed to pick me up upon arrival, but no one from the hotel showed up. Good Wi-Fi from Starlink. Only one channel on TV.
