The modern Freya holiday home welcomes you to an idyllic location, just about 700 metres from the sandy North Sea beach. Built in 2024 and completed in 2025, this spacious three-story home offers contemporary comforts for an all-around pleasant stay.

With a total of four rooms—including three bedrooms and a bright living room—the holiday home is ideal for families, couples, and small groups of up to six people. Family-friendliness is a top priority here: In addition to a cot and a high chair, several stair gates ensure the safety of the little ones.

The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped: You’ll find an induction stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The adjacent dining area and the cosy sofa corner with an armchair promise relaxing evenings.

The house features three modern bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and window. A hair dryer is also provided. Underfloor heating, powered by an eco-friendly heat pump, ensures complete comfort.

When the weather is nice, enjoy your private balcony or the garden with its outdoor furniture—ideal spots for relaxing or sharing meals outdoors. A parking space is available in front of the property, including a charging station for electric cars. In addition, the house is designated as a smoke-free and fireworks-free property, which is particularly beneficial for people with allergies and families with small children.

Practical amenities such as a washing machine, dryer (for personal use), ironing board, iron, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, and coat rack will make your stay more comfortable. A desk and a full-length mirror are available for everyday use, and fly screens provide protection against insects in all rooms.

Wi-Fi with speeds starting at 100 Mbit/s enables reliable work, streaming, and web browsing. The area surrounding the house offers excellent amenities: a supermarket, restaurants (just 150 m away), an ATM, and public transport are all within easy walking distance. The nearest train station is about 7.5 km away, and the nearest airport is about 80 km away.
