This is a magnificent hotel. The location is at the port which has some rough areas… not safe at night. But I would stay here again for the elegance and quality of the property. The staff recommended a lovely small restaurant in walking distance that we enjoyed.

The hotel is highly out dated and their parking options are highly inconvenient. All of the amenities are old and not well maintained. For being owned by the same company as the Grand Hotel Arenzano, this property really falls short in terms of upkeep and staff friendliness. Also, if you’re traveling with a kid in a stroller, this is definitely not the location for you.

The room was at the end of the hotel, set by itself with a sign that said Hotiday Room Collection. The room was dated and needed some upgrading. We had to pay for parking, even though they had their own parking lot. There were restaurants within walking distance. We did not get the breakfast.
