The room is very spacious, but the bathroom door and lights were broken. The receptionist changed a bulb for us but it only lasted for 30 min before it being broken again. And the receptionist was too close for comfort, entering our room on his own.

We really liked Mr. Chris at the front desk. He was friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the Mountain View was spectacular. The hotel did not have water until 7:00 PM but this might have been a temporary issue. Breakfast was average.

Spectacular view! Everything else is okay.

If you upgrade to the mountain view room what you'll see outside your window cannot be better. This part alone made our stay here totally worth it. But the inside of the room is less than ideal. Everything worked, nothing was gross or unacceptable, but there was a big crack in the wall, a stain of old glue from a larger mirror on the wall, the bathroom was in need of some deep cleaning or remodeling and regularly gurgled when other rooms flushed. All that said we booked three nights, and added a fourth because you can literally lay in bed with the sliding doors open and stare at the beautiful scenery for hours.

그냥 최악이에요. 예약 관리도 엉망으로 해서 방도 제대로 배정 안되고 무엇보다 방도 엄청 지저분합니다. 살면서 이렇게 큰 바퀴벌레는 처음 봤고요.. 여행자거리 가장 끄트머리에 있어서 이동도 불편하고 제공되는 조식도 그냥 최악.. 차라리 야외에서 잠을 자세요..

Personnel sympathique mais la jeune femme ne parle pas un mot d'anglais et il a donc été très compliqué d'obtenir des informations basiques. Panne d'électricité à notre arrivée, puis panne le lendemain dans notre chambre seulement. Nous avons du changer de chambre. Dans la nouvelle chambre, une fenêtre était brisée. L'hôtel est bruyant, très mal insonnorise et très mal isolé. Enfin, nous avions réservé une chambre familiale avec 2 grands lits, or notre chambre ne contenait qu'un grand lit et un lit simple. Notre message envoyé à l'hôtel pour évoquer ces soucis est resté sans réponse. Au vu des prix pratiqués dans la région, c'est cher et médiocre ! Nous pourrions noter encore l'état de la piscine, tellement sale qu'elle était opaque... certes, nous devons revoir nos standards occidentaux ridicules mais là, l'impression est vraiment négative. Dommage, car la vue est belle

제가 갠적으로 방비엥 숙박시설 서비스 최고였어요

가격대비 시설과 직원분 친절도와 서비스는 절말 최고였어요 다만 아쉬운점은 엘리베이터가 없고 멀티탭을 반드시 지참해야 하는점입니다 그래도 제가 굳이 만점을 드렸던 이유는 제가 전날에 비엔티엔행 vip버스 예약했는데(다음날에 뚝뚝이로 버스 인접예정) 다음날 체크아웃하고 뚝뚝이 기다리는데 안오더라고여 다행히도 그 예약해준 사람 뿐만아니라 호텔 직원분이 도와주시더라고여 정말 감사해서 별점을 만점을 드리게 되었습니다 참고로 이 호텔 옆에 엑티비티+버스 예약을해주는 상점이 있습니다 참고하시면 됩니다

마운틴과 근접해 있으나 청결상태가 떨어짐

위치는 좋습니다. 뒤쪽으로 마운틴뷰가 보이고 시내로 이어지는 길이 나오고 앞쪽으로는 나가면 식당가가 쭉 나옵니다. 그러나 청결상태가 불량합니다. 도시 특성상 벌레가 많이 나올수는 있으나 개인적으로 도마뱀과 개미떼가 나오는 방에서는 여행동안 피로를 달래줄 편안한 밤을 이루기가 힘드네요

비추

2박을 미리예약하고미리결제까지 하고갔으나 예약한 트윈배드 방이 없다며 입구에 하나남았다는 방을내어줌 늦은시간이라 그냥하나남았다는 입구방 원배드방 입실했는데 청소전혀되어있지않았음 밤에 왠 여자스태프가 문을두드리며 우리 방에들어와 옷장에서 자물쇠열고 본인옷을꺼내감 너무황당했음 다음날 원래예약했던방으로 바꾸고 입구 그방에 새로온 한국인들 만났는데 역시나 방이 다찻다며 입구방을줬다함 조식이나 다른부분은 나쁘지않았으나 예약하고 미리 결제한사람들에게 방이 다나갔다고하는건 이해안감

Just not a good hotel...

I stayed here 3 nights with a friend, we both thought this was not a good hotel. This IS NOT a boutique hotel, it's more of a mid-range hostel, but with private rooms. We paid around US$40/room per night and after having traveled in SE Asia pretty extensively, this is seemed overpriced for what you get. The rooms don't have a single decoration on the wall, except for some water stains, spider webs and dead mosquitos. The bathroom is cleanish, but not pleasant to look at, drain from the shower is just an ugly hole in the ground. The beds have no mosquito nets, which wasn't a huge problem for me, because I brought my own, but my friend was bitten several times in the night. Location and the view are the high points of the hotel and the reason this gets 2 stars and not 1, both are excellent. Service is ok, Vietnamese guy running the hotel is nice, but often there is no one at the front desk during daytime hours. An annoying thing I didn't enjoy was that they insist guests take their shoes off before entering the hotel lobby and in all public areas. Seriously, this is Laos, just hire someone to clean the floors... Overall, I felt misled by the name of the hotel and pictures on the site - Not a boutique hotel, not a nice hotel and overpriced.
