Air conditioner was broken. Maint. was called and they told us if it didn't come on in 20 min. to let the desk know. It did not come on and we were moved to another room. Employees, desk, bell, etc. were VERY polite and helpful.

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
So the was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The issue is it’s was $360 for a room that I can barely turn around in. Also, the gym was not open when I woke up at 6am to go use it. Every hotels gym is 24 hours.
