"I would have given a 5star just for the customer service. But just a few things wrong with the room. We got a jacuzzi tub room and when trying to unplug the tub every time the plug would not budge. The conditioner and body wash were both full but the pumps did not work and the top does not come off. I will say too 3 continental breakfast!!! We will absolutely return."

"New clerk at the counter had some trouble with the computer. Nice suite size overall, but like most places it lacked furniture for two suitcases to be open at the same time. Like, hello, how about two suitcase folding chairs?"
