Adorable, cozy 2 bedroom guesthouse, close to PDX, built to work away from home

Everything you need to stay in Vancouver near Fishers Landing. Shopping, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. New TraderJoes about a mile. So, is the Columbia river. And an easy way to get work done too!
The space
It’s amazing how everything you need fits in this cozy space. Two rooms provide privacy. Living room couch can also convert to sleep additional guests. The covered patio is between the main house and the guesthouse. Yet, reserved for the guesthouse use. There is an also a private side yard. Six foot side fence gives privacy from next door. All on one level except one step at the front porch, door sill, and one step up in bathroom.

Rules

Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please lower music so that it can't be heard outside. If you come or go during quiet hours please keep your voices low.
Please do not dye your hair in the guesthouse. The dye stains the tub, sheets, pillowcases and towels. Thanks!
No firearms are allowed in or around the guesthouse. No smoking of any kind in or around the guesthouse, even on the patio or front porch.

Perfect! Very clean and quiet space. Great location. The hosts left very thoughtful amenities like coffee and tea, board games, maps to local parks and walking trails. Very communicative when having trouble with the tv connection, got that fixed right away. I felt safe and at home here. Would definitely stay again!
