In my opinion, the hotel has an excellent value for price. The staff are very helpful, unfortunately they don't speak English. It was not possible to park in front of the hotel, but one of the employees navigated me to a nearby free parking space and took our luggage. Breakfast on the terrace of the hotel was very good including warm soup. The terrace offers a view of the surrounding mountains.

The cleanliness of the property, particularly the bathroom, leaves much to be desired. The restroom consistently emits an unpleasant odor, and the shower is far from pristine. Moreover, there is a lack of amenities such as a holder for personal care items like shampoo in the shower. The staff's cleaning routine is limited, as they only replenish essentials like water, paper towels, and toilet rolls without performing daily cleaning. On a positive note, the property does serve a satisfying breakfast. Its location is also convenient as it is close to restaurants and shops.

Very nice

We had a great stay here. The staff were excellent, doing all they could to help us. Our room was very clean with good linen, and the breakfast was fantastic. It is located in an area surrounded by shops and heaps of food places. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are very helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the city, with many shops and restaurants. WiFi is quite. Good WiFi all around hotel.

Kalmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Daha önce de birkaç kez fotoğoraflardan gördüğümüzle alakası olmayan oteller denk gelmişti ama böylesiyle ilk kez karşılaştık. Temizlik berbat ötesiydi.

Fiyat performans ama temizlik ve kahvalti vasat.

Otel odalari gercekten buyuk ve guzeldi. Konum olarak da van merkezde heryere ulasim rahatti. Yataklar genis konforlu ve rahatti. Resepsiyon gorevlileri cok yardimseverdi. Fakat eksilere gelince, oda temizlik sıkıntı ve neredeyse yoktu. Kahvaltı vasat ekmekler bayattı. Odalar biraz eski ne tutsak elimizde kalacakti ama onun haricinde fiyat performans derseniz cok iyi. Otoparklari yok ya da herhangi bir otopark ile anlasmalari ve park imkani hic yok. Biraz ileride hemen otopark vardi ve kendi imkanlarimizla arabayi oraya park ettik.

Otele geldiğimizde yerler ıslaktı yeni temizlenmiştir diye düşündük yatak üzerinde bulunan havlular kullanılmış ve ıslaktı Yatak aşırı derecede rahatsızdı yedek yastık bulunmuyordu. Park yeri yoktu yola park etik Kötü yönleri bunlar İyi yönleri Kahvaltı da çeşit vardı. Merkeze yakın Odada su çay kahve ve su ısıtıcısı bardak mevcuttu. Asansörü mevcut
