"Big full service hotel with lots of amenities and a great staff. Recently became a Hilton, was a Marriott property for many years. Shows its age in a few way, but renovations are underway…with some more investments to update the property it could be fantastic. Overall, solid value. Indoor pool and spa, sauna was a highlight during Spring Break. "

"Pots and pans need to be replaced is all the Teflon on every pot is pretty much coming off. Other than that great place clean easy to find easy access to the beach."

"Overall a good experience. Surprised to see service fee added to restaurant bills and no indication from server. Had I not thoroughly looked over the bill I would have excessively tipped.The staff should tell guests that there is 25% gratuity automatically added. Movie night cancelled due to lack of staffing? This was disappointing. The water jugs by the pool were empty before 2 and never refilled."

"We enjoyed our experience for the most part. Front desk Staff were friendly and helpful. However, we had a leak coming from the ceiling in our bathroom. We called maintenance and a gentleman who didn’t speak English at all came up to the room. He pulled the light fixture down and there was water all in there. He Google translated and told us he was going to check upstairs. He NEVER came back and no one from the front desk called to let us know what was going on. We saw him in the hall later and he just said no English and walked away. The next day (yes, they still never contacted us), we were checking out. I informed the front desk and they apologized and said they would close off the room. I find it crazy that the let us stay in there with that leak but now are closing the room. Anyway, other than that it was OK."

"Internet reception very poor inside building. Fee for premium WiFi needed if you need internet inside your room. Grounds are natural and beautiful. Staff consistently friendly and helpful."

"The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the basics need for cooking. The host was extremely responsive and quick to resolve an issue with had with the pool heater. The house really was exactly what we needed and was just a quick walk to the beach."
