Staff was impeccable. So friendly, gracious, helpful. Location could not have been better. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean, luxurious, modern. Would definitely stay again.

Appearance outside of drab colours, needs renovation, tired looking. Inside beautifully shiny wooden steep spiral stairs with option of stair lift. Room had no carpet. Looked old and tired. Unsafe looking legs on the bed! Room was cold, took 4 hours to heat radiator, NO hot water in very small shower ...
