"Like a home away from home, we enjoyed the amenities of a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals, especially the seasonings to cook with, a washer and dryer, a well lighted patio at night for relaxation, and I being old school, an iron and ironing board along with starch for my clothing made this stay exquisite. The bedrooms were luxurious and comfortable. The location was convenient to local restaurants, stores, tourist attractions, New Orleans, and Saint Francisville. No matter which time of the day we left or arrived, the residents were always friendly with a wave, a hello, or a conversation.My family and I would definitely stay here again. It is a hidden gem."

"There is a nail pop on the transition floorboard that cut into my foot. I nearly fell every time i entered the property because the floors are uneven. The stairs at the front are also dangerously uneven. It is a country property i get that. It was cheaper than a hotel. I get that. But unsafe conditions are unacceptable. This property listing doesnt say "might get injured but hey its cheap". I would not recommend this place nor would i stay here again. Owner communicated well. Instructions were clear. It is just not a good property. I would rather stay somewhere safe and nicer and pay a few extra bucks. My mistake i will learn from. I wish you the best. No hard feelings just an acurate review "
