As a solo traveller I stayed one night so didn’t experience any facilities. Staff were great, room lovely, clean with comfy bed. I had an issue with ordering room service, which was frustrating. Had to go through an app but when doing that it wouldn’t take my order. Then couldn’t find the number to call reception so had to physically walk down. The staff didn’t know why the app not working so they phoned order through. Food was great. Other issue was my tv remote not working. Too tired to ask staff to sort. Loved the grand elegance of the hotel.

"Room was ok but a little tired. Balcony had amazing view but you had to stand up to see it properly as bottom half is covered in. Very small bathroom. But functional. Breakfast was acceptable. "Great buffet included, great food for a buffet. Great resort. They have most everything. This is the way. Closes 10/23 till Spring. We went off season so best when not busy. We took a boat swimming tour, but the water was cold. Room was a bit small. Benjamin at the bar was great."
