Located on the very central Via Carrel, in the pedestrian heart of Breuil-Cervinia, in front of the Cretaz slopes (in the ZTL area - it is our responsibility to register access to the garage for your car)
The location of Croix du Cervin is ideal for reaching the best of the resort on foot: the ski lifts and more than 300 km of slopes between Italy and Switzerland, the famous 18-hole Matterhorn Golf Club immersed in a natural environment, ski schools, social clubs, restaurants, SPA, shops, good food, music, well-being and many emotions.
Cervinia, considered one of the most renowned winter and summer tourist resorts in the Alps, also referred to as “The Kingdom of the Matterhorn”, is majestically dominated by Mount Cervino. Here you can ski all year round, thanks also to the Plateau Rosà glacier.
In winter you can practice downhill skiing and cross-country skiing on trails surrounded by nature, while in summer you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and the suggestive Blue Lake, reachable on foot with a short walk in the woods, where the Matterhorn is reflected in a unique setting.
Summer skiing in Cervinia starts in June, great descents await you on the 3,500 m of the Plateau Rosà glacier, even in July and August. Spend the whole day skiing, chatting, photos, and packed food with a beautiful view of the pink plateau , plus the refuge has excellent cuisine. If you're lucky, you'll find national ski teams and other athletes who generally use the slopes of the Cervino Ski Paradise ski resort in summer to train even in summer.
In summer, walk to the blue lake on foot through an easy forest path from Breuil-Cervinia in 15-20 minutes. The path around the lake gives you, in the background, eternally magical views with His Majesty the Matterhorn reflecting on the lake. Meditate and admire the emerald color that is reflected on the surface thanks to the particular algae on the seabed.
