9/10 Wonderful! (261 reviews)
Great room on the top floor with a huge balcony with unobstructed panoramic views! Great service and friendly staff. The balcony also had a hot tub which we enjoyed but it took 7 hours to get up to a hot temperature so be sure to turn it on early.

The hotel has been newly renovated. The staff are lovely. The location great. We did have an encounter with bed bugs. While not an infestation and we recognize they could have come from a traveller that was not a fun find.

8.4/10 Very good! (996 reviews)
The location of the hotel is great. We stayed in two different rooms and one of the bathroom was extremely small. The hotel is on a busy street so it is very noisy. The breakfast was fine by the coffee machine kept on breaking which created a long coffee line.

"Everything was clean and well maintained I just found that the room decor, the bed and the bathtub was a little outdated. The bathtub especially was very narrow and hard for a 6 ft 230 lb man 2 stand in without falling. All of that considered I would still stay here again it was very nice the staff ..."
