"Abbiamo prenotato per una camera alpin spa, verso le 17 ci siamo accorti che l’acqua calda non andava, lo abbiamo comunicato alla reception sono saliti a vedere e hanno costatato che l’acqua calda non arrivava ma solo tiepida e ci hanno detto che potevamo usarla così che non era fredda… per cui non abbiamo potuto né usare la vasca né la doccia prima di uscire a cena.
