Gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos und ist sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die Fensterläden kann gut verdunkelt werden. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Residenz ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool sehr sauber. Tolle Lage mit super Blick und guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge auch an den Comer See.

Rustige accommodatie, appartement was heel proper en alles was aanwezig. Sleutelbeheerder was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Rustig aan zwembad en heel proper. Heel mooi uitzicht op het Luganomeer en bergen. Een topvakantie!!

Rustig en fijn vakantiehuis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel mooi uitzicht en fijn zwembad. De locatie wordt erg goed verzorgd, is veilig omdat de compound is afgesloten door een hek met code. Bij eventuele vragen staat de verhuurder, via WhatsApp in ons geval, direct voor je klaar met een oplossing. De ontvangst inclusief de rondleiding was zeer vriendelijk en compleet, je voelde je gelijk thuis.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Wohnung hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den See. Leider war die Wohnung sehr unsauber. Die Kopfkissen und Decken hatten Flecken, die Spannbettlacken müssten erneuert werden, die Bettwäsche passte der Größe nach nicht zu Kissen und Decken. Die Vorhänge waren fleckig, die Vorhänge, die der Terrasse als Sichtschutz dienten waren löchrig und verschimmelt! Beim betreten der Wohnung roch es Madrid. Der TV ohne Funktion. Usw...

Dringender Renovierungsbedarf

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und super gepflegt. Die Wohnung befindet sich aber in einem schlechten Zustand. Ein Anstrich und der Austausch eines Teiles des Mobiliars incl. verdreckter und verschlissener Vorhänge auf der Terasse sind dringend zu empfehlen.

Schöne Lage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Anlage selbst ist nicht schlecht gelegen, die Aussicht etwas "verpflanzt" durch das hohe seitliche Abgrenzungsgebüsch. Die Inneneinrichtung ist alt aber komfortabel, Der Fernseher minimal ca. 40 cm Diagonale. Die Matrazen zu hart. Die Wasserversorgung fiel mehrmals aus, so dass wir die WC-Spülung mit einem Kessel aus dem Pool bedienen mussten. Alles in allem jedoch freundliche Einweisung und rasche Mängelerledigung. Kein Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Prachtig gelegen ligt dit kleine ‘resort’ met 22 appartementen. Het was erg rustig, want er waren bijna geen andere gasten (appartementen zijn privé-eigendom en nauwelijks bezet of verhuurd) Schitterend uitzicht over Lago di Lugano. Geweldig zwembad in mooi aangelegde tuin. Het appartement was goed onderhouden en mooi ingericht. Heerlijk terras en eigen tuin. Prachtige omgeving voor veel mooie uitstapjes. Onder meer Lugano, Como, Grandia, Mont Bre enzovoort.

Ferienanlage sehr gut gelegen mit Blick von der Terrasse auf den See; Einkaufsmöglichkeit Supermarkt mit dem Auto gut; Bäcker in Cima: Besuch lohnt sich: selbstgemachtes Gebäck; hauseigener Pool sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen Reisetipps: Castello; 5 1/2stündige Wanderung den Berg hoch: tolle AussichtRestaurant "La Taverna" in Cima ist sehr zu empfehlen, Essen und Service sehr gut; Tagestour nach Lugano; Ausflüge zum Comer See und Lago Maggiore, Porlezza nächster Ort: jeden Dienstag kleines Stadtfest

Schön

Eine tolle Woche in einer tollen Wohnung in einer traumhaften Umgebung. An der Wohnung können wir nichts aussetzen, perfekt für vier Personen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Luganosee. Auch für unseren Hund war die Terrasse mit dem kleinen Garten (ca. 15 qm) super! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Anlage mit ca. 20 Wohnungen, wohl größtenteils Eigentumswohnungen von wohlhabenden, teils älteren, Leuten. Am Pool wird schon auf die Einhaltung diverser Regeln geachtet. Insgesamt eine sehr ruhige, saubere und komfortable Anlage. Bis zum nächsten Bäcker in Cima läuft man ca. 20 Min zu Fuß. Ansonsten kann man mit dem Auto tolle Ausflüge machen.
