Hotel is in a very small village on lake adjacent to Lake Como -- easy to Milan about 45 min and to other villages and Lake Como about 30 min. Lovely staff, nice, comfortable rooms that are well appointed and gorgeous bathrooms. Not much to do in the immediate area so don't expect to walk around a cute town, but the hotel has a solid restaurant with a good breakfast and nice dinner dishes overlooking the lake.

This is an older hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet. We found out after our first day that the breakfast buffet was included in our stay - that was a nice surprise. We made good use of it for the next two days.
