However, it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and after my daughter had a first sleepless night on a very uncomfortable bed we had to do a bit of mattress swapping. "Family of 5, skiing for 9 days. It’s a short drive to the gondola, and then so easy to access the 3 valleys. The house felt about right for us. Jeremy was responsive and proactive. E we forgot to bring towels so he went home and brought back some of his own for us to use. We had a problem with the oven which he quickly sorted (a brand new replacement). Many thanks!"

"The apartment is OK for a couple but is tired and outdated. Only the living room heater works. The bathroom and bedroom heaters didn't work and it was very cold after having a shower. There was also a non-working smoke alarm in a drawer. The bed was comfortable and the location near the slopes and ski bus stop was excellent.
