Farm Getaway with hot tub and private indoor heated pool

Relax and experience farm life on a working 34 acre horse farm just 5 miles from Spokane's south hill. Five bedroom, four bath house with huge deck for entertaining and beautifully landscaped lawn. Take a hike in the woods and visit the horses along the way. The Latah Creek golf course is just 5 minutes away for those looking for a golf outing.

After a day of adventures, you will return to a peaceful, spacious home where you can enjoy the pool table, relax on the deck or curl up with a book in the living room which also features a 65 in smart TV.

Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining and a huge backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member. Later on enjoy the evening in the hot tub or take a dip in the indoor pool.

If you want to bring a horse along we offer pasture right in front of the house along with many options for trailering to amazing horse rides in the nearby area.

This is a perfect venue for outdoor group gatherings of less than 40 people, such as family reunions, memorial gatherings, graduations and weddings. However there will be an additional charge of $500 for the event to cover wear and tear on the house and disposal of garbage generated from said event.

During the winter season, October to April there will be a $100 pool heating charge.

Nice big house with room to spread out, pretty decent pool with slide, lots of outdoor seating & a great kitchen area. It is older but in good condition. Completely happy with our stay.

Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time celebrating Christmas with my family. My family and I have stayed at many places through the years and this is our new favorite. We enjoyed the swimming pool, pool table, hot tub and open layout of the house. The Christmas decorations and Christmas tree were awesome and we really loved the fireplace.

Beautiful setting

We really enjoyed our stay. We were 4 couples, the guys golfed every day and the wife’s went to the casinos. This home is by lots of golf courses and between 3 great casinos. We will definitely by back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Highlights included the pool table, ice maker, and swimming pool. The house is very large inside with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. It is located in peaceful farmland but only 10 min to the grocery store!

This was a perfect alternative to a hotel. We were there for a basketball tournament and this property was close yet still in the country. Large property with SO many amenities. The kids LOVED it! Horses, pool, basketball, and this was in the cold of March! I can’t imagine the endless possibilities of summer! Loved it!!

Tennis tournanent weekend

Our men’s tennis team stayed up here for the weekend and everything was just so nice. An indoor pool which was heated and a great hot tub! Hosts let us check in early which was great as we had an early match at 1 PM. Everybody got great rest and was very happy with the house.

We were looking for a beautiful property and house for a small intimate wedding and found it! The house is huge, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the best weekends away from home we have had as a group

The facilities were as described. While the pool could have been a bit clearer, when we got there, as we followed another group in, by the next morning it was clear and clean. We had an amazing time using it. The hot tub was so relaxing, with powerful jets. The beds were soft and pleasant to sleep on. The owners were very responsive and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for everyone in our party.

A Farm Experience

My family had a great time at this property. The pool was a hit especially with the slide. The grandchildren enjoyed visiting the horses and gave them names they deemed fitting. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. Spending a day at Silverwood and renting a boat on Lake Couer D’Alene were highlights. We had a very nice week’s vacation. We would stay there again.

We rented this house for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. It was a spacious house and perfect for a large family group. The hosts were responsive and helpful. There are 2 queen bedrooms downstairs with a family room and large bathroom, along with pool and hot tub access. The rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.

Large space great for extended family

We had a great time at Kiesling Acres. Pool was a chilly 65 but it didn’t stop the kids from playing. The pool table and downstairs area is nice. The owners were great about communicating and welcomed any needs we had. Overall we would be back.

Gorgeous Escape

This house was absolutely perfect for accomodating our family over the Gonzaga Graduation weekend. We were traveling with our parents with mobility issues so it was great to have 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on the main floor. The property is gorgeous. The back deck was relaxing and serene with the sounds of an amazing water feature. The kids LOVED having a pool in the house and visiting with the horses. It is a bit of a drive from the city but SO worth it.

Fantastic weekend

We loved our stay !!!! This is for sure a country living house. We loved the seclusion. Pool was awesome ! There are lots of spiders around inside and out. Not a huge bother for us but if you aren’t a fan just bring a friend to move them outside :) Would absolutely stay here again!

Long weekend family wedding

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ranch! Just far enough out of the city but close enough for family events, golfing and shopping. We have our own horses at home and made the rounds multiple times a day to pet the horses and watch people riding and working their horses. The house was very large and open so we were never crowded and the pool, hot tub and pool table were used often. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect place to relax with your horse for a layover

I stayed at this property as a "layover" between events with my horse. It was absolutely perfect and I will definitely book it again next year if it's available! I have done this particular trip 4 times and I've always had to stable my horse somewhere else. This is the first time I was able to just sit out on the deck and watch my horse graze. We both got the rest we needed for the next leg of our trip. The house is absolutely stunning and has everything anyone would ever need. The views are also spectacular. Can't say enough good things!

Wonderful!

We had an Amazing time at this beautiful house! The kids went swimming nearly everyday and we pet the horses regularly. The house is large and accommodated our 2 sets of grandparents an uncle and our family of 5 very nicely! The kitchen is large and easy to share when cooking meals! My daughter loved the farm cats that would come by in the evenings. And one day a cow even came for a visit and the kids were very excited about that! We very much enjoyed our stay and if we are ever in the area again we would happily rent this home!

Great Family Stay

Nice location! Outside of town, but only 10 minutes to Target and 20 minutes to downtown Spokane. We were able to enjoy downtown, but come back and relax in the quiet. The hosts are easy to communicate with and replied very quickly with any questions. Norm was around working on a barn and took time to speak with us about the property and horses. The pool is a nice feature and was enjoyed by everyone. Overall, the property and some items are a bit dated (some stains on kitchen washrags, dull carrot peeler, type of things) but clean and plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location. Thanks for a great stay!
