"The only drawback was how the breakfast area was arraigned. It was difficult to move around. Otherwise it couldn’t have been a better stay (2 nights). I will stay again when I’m back in the area."

"We always stay here when visiting my daughter at WVU, but this time I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There were red stains on the carpet, the corners of the showers had dirt and mold and I had to clean the A/C filters which were so thick with dust and dirt that the unit was struggling to work. Plus the outside garbage pails were not emptied often enough and were overflowing with trash at times."

"I was asked to swipe my card for a $3. safe deposit. The safe did not work. I was charged $33 to my card. When I called them about it the woman said she would refund the money. It was then reversed and not put back into my account. Check your charges when you check out. "

"Wonderful staff - polite and professional. Property is falling apart and the owner should be ashamed. There are cracks, visible seems in drywall in ceiling, patched holes (and unpatched holes) in walls, the sink had a crack, the toilet clogged, the HVAC was old and loud. We had to lift the door to get it to close. Some of these issues exist in each Quality Inn I have stayed in the last few years. No real quality left in Quality Inn."
