"The room was large and spacious. We were told housekeeping is “every other day,” which is untrue? Our beds weren’t made during our 3 night stay, which was a little bit of a surprise. It’s a nice hotel, but the services were not as we expected. A solid 3.5 stars."

"They make this place look so nice and beautiful in the pictures and when you get there it's like welcome to ghettoville we're welcomed by the local homeless sitting outside with all their belongings as we got out of her car we approached by several different people asking if we wanted to buy drugs then when I pulled back the sheets on my bed I found a dirty syringe there complimentary breakfast is a joke in itself it's all prepackaged stuff nothing hot and you can't even get it yourself they hand you a sack lunch and when you ask for like one of every items they won't even let you have that I would never stay here again I would never recommend anybody staying here the only thing that was good about this place was the wonderful lady that checked me in she went above and beyond and she was super nice but other than that this place is a complete and absolutely joke and there's nothing nice about it"

"Not much to say—it is exactly what they offer. It is affordable for the purpose of a visit; I only returned to the room to rest. Good location, just one block from the highways. The room was equipped with kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, and everything one needs."

"Great resort with several amenities and lot of space to walk. A central lake very relaxing to observe. The staff was taking take care you have a great temperature in the hot springs. It was great and cozy at night. Hot springs are open all day. We stayed at the lakeside lodge and it was in general a very relaxing experience. I will definately go back. "

"The 34 mile trek up to 6000 feet elevation was scary. Do NOT drive up there via Hwy 243. It was both scary and made me sick. You can drive there via Hemet. Still a tad stressful but much better. My room smelled of gas as soon as I walked in. It was attended to but after the scariest rollercoaster ride getting there, I was like what is going on? Idyllic Idyllwild is so beautiful though. I was grateful for the experience. "
